This type of photography uses some angles when the photographs are taken to increase their allure. The common methods for women are the use of hand-bra to cover the upper torso and using feathers as props to give false impression of nudity.

They also travel with hairstyle, costume, and makeup professionals to offer their service to a wider audience. After several weeks, the results of the glamour photography are delivered to people who use their service. In general, people use glamour photography to make a picture of themselves as they want others to see them.
